A minimum age of 12 is required for guests unless you have received prior authorization. Twelve year old children are invited to fish on the ranch but supervision is required. This is a working cattle ranch and young people are not allowed to roam unsupervised.
Non-fishing guests are permitted for a small fee.
No animals or pets are allowed unless they are documented service animals.

Please treat the grounds and facilities with care so that they can stay beautiful for other visitors. Protect the natural vegetation in and around the lakes.
Please dispose of your own trash. Garbage cans are available on the property. No powerboats, ATVs, or other vehicles are allowed on premises.
No firearms of any kind.
Because of high fire danger, there is no smoking allowed unless it is in a clearly marked, designated area.

No live bait, such as eggs or worms, is allowed. Single hook, synthetic, barb-less flies are the only permissible bait.
Please use soft nylon nets with a catch and release frame. Keep fish in the water when removing the fly.
Anglers must use adequate safety equipment (i.e. personal flotation devices and safety glasses). It is the responsibility of the angler to be prepared and safe.
The lakes are for catch and release fly fishing only. No other activities, including other types of fishing, are allowed on the lakes.

Check in time for the cabin is 1pm, check out is 11am. Please be sure all of your personal effects are removed prior to checkout so that we have time to prepare for incoming guests.
Garbage in, garbage out. Please dispose of your own trash in provided garbage cans. If excess cleaning services are required, a cleaning fee of $50.00 will be assessed.
Please lock the main cabin door when you leave. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
Keep doors closed to keep the bugs out for yourself and for the guests after you.
When using the wood stove, please only use the wood we have provided.
No cleats in the cabin.
The cleaning staff works hard - tips are always welcome. Thank you!
